Client Responsibilities

K&BTrans Responsibilities

- Deliver services within agreed timeframes

- Communicate effectively throughout the process
Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted based on current market conditions and are subject to change. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
Liability and Insurance
Our liability is limited to the terms specified in our service agreements. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement.
